Executive Operations, Higher Education & Public Service
Helping leaders turn strategy into execution.
I work closely with senior leaders to turn priorities into action. Through executive operations, strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, and organizational systems, I help institutions move important work forward with clarity, consistency, and purpose.

About Me
I'm from The Gambia, and my career has taken me through international development, higher education, and public service. Right now, I support executive leadership at George Washington University while finishing my Master's in Human Resource Management. What I enjoy most is building the systems that let good ideas actually happen: clearer processes, stronger operations, and the kind of follow-through that lets leaders focus on what matters most.

Looking Ahead
Looking ahead
My career has been shaped by a simple belief: strong institutions create meaningful change when thoughtful leadership is supported by effective systems.
Looking ahead, I hope to continue serving at the intersection of higher education, international affairs, organizational leadership, and public service. As I build on my experience in executive operations and organizational effectiveness, in time I also hope to pursue doctoral study exploring how leadership, governance, and organizational systems shape stronger institutions and create lasting public impact.
I am committed to a career of continuous learning, thoughtful leadership, and building organizations that create lasting public impact.
